How are my books shipped?
Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS or USPS, while those in the United Kingdom are sent using Yodel or Royal Mail. International orders are shipped through FedEx.
How quickly are my books shipped?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your package departs our warehouse. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out on Monday.
Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 days, and often arrives even sooner. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for faster delivery. If you need your books even quicker, get in touch with us.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return my books?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it as long as it’s in its original condition. Return shipping costs are not included, but we can provide you with a return label.
