How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders.
The books are delivered using UPS and USPS in the United States.
In the United Kingdom, we use Yodel and Royal Mail.
For all other countries, we use FedEx.
How quickly will I receive my books?
Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly via our partner Bookfunnel.
Paperback orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your package departs our warehouse. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out on Monday.
Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 days, and often arrives even sooner. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for faster delivery. If you need your books even quicker, get in touch with us.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping options will appear at checkout when available for your order.
If you do not see your preferred shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
I need to change something on my order.
Please email us at books@michaelreit.com. If your package hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to update your delivery address.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
For paperback returns, we can provide a convenient return shipping label; however, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Paperbacks must be in their original condition to receive a refund.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
